Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with Fab Engineering to improve Unit Part metrics and reduce Stop Loss and BM issues.
  • •Collect and analyze data to drive collaborative improvements across Stop Loss reduction, BM reduction, MTTP improvement, G-EMS standardization, and PM automation.
  • •Participate and manage TFT activities to improve Stop Loss factory-wide.
  • •Lead deployment of medium-to-large cross-functional projects with visibility to company executives.
  • •Manage project execution activities including metric reporting, status updates, and communication of analysis results to peers, managers, and executives.

Key Requirements

  • •BS degree in engineering, natural science, or a related field (preferred).
  • •7+ years of engineering experience (preferred).

  • •Experience with Fab and reporting systems, including G-EMS and work order tracking (plus systems like Workplace, DSS, GPM, Simax OI, TPSS, MARS Prime, and Spotfire).
