•Lead estimation team and manage bid development for building automation projects.
•Coordinate with multiple stakeholders from different geographic regions in multiple time zones to balance speed and accuracy in bids.
•Conduct cost estimation including BOQ, conduit and cable schedules, taxes, and subcontractor costs for proposal accuracy.
•Prepare technical submittals, deviations, and compliance documents based on specifications and regional requirements.
•Mentor teammates, perform quality checks, and contribute to standardizing processes for cost optimization and cycle-time reduction.
