Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain Annex 24 inventory control compliance for raw materials and fixed assets, ensuring timely monthly reconciliation and Annex 30 submissions.
  • •Update and validate master data and system catalogs, ensuring import/export transactions are recorded and system validation is completed weekly (SmartCim) and monthly (DS).
  • •Perform raw material reconciliations including imports vs. receipts, export invoices vs. shipping records, and FIFO analysis/configuration.
  • •Reconcile fixed assets by validating financial information against Annex 24 system data, correcting discrepancies between pedimento records and system information, and preparing customs entries for regime changes (F5, A3).
  • •Achieve trade compliance KPI metrics, support internal and external customs audits (e.g., SAT), and support required Eaton training and certifications.
