Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and improve Enhancers FSQ/quality KPI metrics by identifying trends, root causes, and corrective/preventive actions.
  • •Conduct investigations and support resolution of consumer complaints related to food safety in the Enhancers department.
  • •Plan and direct the site auditing control program to ensure compliance with GMP standards, KH requirements, and regulatory laws; support Golden Rule, KHMS, and external/customer audits.
  • •Supervise and mentor three Quality Technicians, training Enhancers production teams on best practices, inspection procedures, and ways of working.
  • •Support KHMS Food Safety pillar activities, HACCP plan verifications/re-validations, hold/release processes, and sanitation/quality support for commercialization projects.
