Shape how Software Defined Infrastructure Services (SDI-S) offerings are defined, packaged, positioned, launched, and scaled across North America. Turn market demand, client needs, competitive insight, sales feedback, partner capabilities, and global strategy into measurable growth—improving attach rates, pipeline contribution, and revenue realization. Partner closely with Offer, Sales, Delivery, partners, and Global GTM teams to ensure differentiated, market-relevant, commercially viable services supported by strong launch and enablement plans.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and refine the North America go-to-market approach for SDI offerings aligned to global strategy.
•Develop SDI-S messaging, value propositions, buyer personas, and outcome-based narratives for target industries and segments.
•Create and maintain sales enablement assets (pitch decks, talk tracks, battle cards, qualification guides) and run enablement sessions.
•Support strategic pursuits with RFI/RFP responses, proposal messaging, client presentations, and sales/solution alignment.
•Contribute to pricing and commercial support by analyzing market and competitor trends and shaping pricing recommendations; collaborate with partners and internal teams to reflect capabilities in positioning.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in product management, offer management, product marketing, GTM strategy, or commercialization of technology services.
•Experience with product lifecycle practices including launch planning, adoption tracking, performance analysis, and offer refresh.
•Strong background in business development, go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, offer management, or solution positioning in a global technology services environment.
•Understanding of infrastructure, cloud, data center, managed services, or software-defined solutions, with ability to translate technical capability into client value.
•Proven track record supporting revenue growth through improved market positioning, seller readiness, and pursuit support.
