RCIS Crop Claims Field Adjuster I (ID and WA) (Virtual, ID, US)

Work from a home-based office to investigate and adjust complex non-routine crop insurance claims for Zurich’s RCIS team. Conduct field inspections across Eastern Washington and North/Central Idaho, including measuring fields and reviewing maps/aerial photos. Record facts, apply relevant regulations and negligence principles, determine potential indemnities, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory policies. Communicate findings to claimants and agents and travel within the territory to complete adjustments and assist with CAT teams when needed.
