Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete field inspections independently with minimal supervision, including reading maps/aerial photos and measuring fields and storage bins

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent) and 6 months or more of experience in the agricultural area
  • •Crop Adjuster Proficiency Program (CAPP) certification obtained within 180 days of hire
  • •Reliable personal transportation and ability to travel within the territory
  • •Valid Driver’s License
  • •Meet physical requirements: walk in agricultural fields, climb storage bins, lift 25–50 lbs., and work outdoors in varying weather
