Assistant Teacher

Support a mixed-age Montessori classroom in Marietta by observing children, assisting with individualized and small-group learning, and helping maintain a calm, engaging environment. Prepare intentional classroom spaces, build warm relationships with children and families, and collaborate with Lead Guides and team members to strengthen the classroom community. Help children grow independence, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning.
