Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate the vehicle according to applicable state and federal transportation laws.
  • •Transport loads safely and timely on required routes, obeying traffic laws and safety regulations.
  • •Maneuver trucks and trailers into loading/unloading areas and follow loading crew signals.
  • •Assist with loading/unloading goods and materials using specialized equipment and return equipment to designated areas.
  • •Maintain signed invoices and shipping paperwork, deliver documentation, and facilitate routine truck service such as checking oil/water/gasoline/air while reporting malfunctions.

Key Requirements

  • •Must hold a commercial drivers license (Class A CDL) or chauffeur’s license appropriate for the vehicle operated.

  • •Must be at least 21 years old to operate a company vehicle.
  • •Ability to remain focused in a busy environment and deliver professional customer service at delivery points.
