Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead pre-sales technical design by analyzing customer needs and recommending solutions aligned with Agentforce capabilities and external agent integrations.
  • •Shape best practices for generative AI and agent interoperability, including prompt engineering and Data Cloud cross-platform integration approaches.
  • •Collaborate with AEs and SEs to build hands-on prototypes and demos using Agentforce and integrated external agents.
  • •Design and oversee AI/data architectures in D360, including data modeling, identity resolution, and real-time vs. batch activation patterns with governance/compliance alignment.
  • •Act as a technical knowledge resource by answering internal inquiries, enabling deep technical discussions, and documenting best practices and enablement content.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years designing and delivering enterprise data, analytics, and AI architectures in customer or consulting settings.
  • •Strong understanding of external agent ecosystems and interoperability, including integrating external agents into Agentforce.
  • •Experience with prompt engineering, agent lifecycle management, and building hands-on prototypes.
  • •Knowledge of machine learning concepts (predictive and generative AI) with the ability to communicate value to diverse audiences.
  • •Deep expertise in cloud data platforms and data ingestion patterns (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift; batch, streaming, CDC) plus hands-on development in programming/data frameworks.
