Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) events including PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
  • •Coordinate and manage dependencies across multiple agile teams delivering platform software components.
  • •Drive continuous improvement by identifying and resolving impediments, bottlenecks, and process inefficiencies across the release train.
  • •Partner with Product Management and Architecture teams to align platform roadmap and technical feasibility of planned features.
  • •Monitor and report on ART metrics, delivery progress, and business value realization; act as backup for Scrum Masters and support APMO ancillary efforts as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of agile experience for a software development team, applying Scrum principles.
  • •2+ years of direct Release Train Engineer (RTE) experience, launching and running 3+ Program Increments (PIs) in a SAFe environment.
  • •Deep, practical capability applying and tailoring SAFe for program-level value delivery.
  • •Experience using ART management tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO), Rally, or Jira.
  • •Excellent oral and written communication skills, including facilitating discussions and resolving conflict at the program and stakeholder level.
