Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and deliver civil engineering solutions for municipal water, wastewater, stormwater, and roadway infrastructure projects.
  • •Lead preliminary and detailed design of linear infrastructure including watermains, sanitary and storm sewers, pump stations, and related civil works.
  • •Manage projects from concept through construction to meet quality, schedule, budget, and risk objectives.
  • •Provide construction services such as field reviews, progress reporting, and contract administration.
  • •Prepare technical reports, engineering drawings, specifications, and contract documents, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • •7+ years of progressive experience delivering municipal infrastructure and/or land development projects.
  • •Registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in British Columbia, or eligible for registration.
  • •Proven experience delivering civil design projects through construction, including contract administration.
  • •Strong knowledge of municipal servicing standards and infrastructure systems, plus proficiency with civil design software such as Civil 3D.
