Key Responsibilities

•Lead capacity planning and coordinate resource allocation across departments to meet demand and backlog targets
•Manage material requirements planning to ensure timely availability of production inputs
•Oversee sales order reviews, production scheduling, and follow-up to ensure on-time delivery
•Monitor work-in-progress and FG inventory, driving improvements and corrective actions as needed
•Lead weekly master planning meetings and contribute to monthly S&OP discussions to refine the master plan

Key Requirements

•Capacity planning and resource coordination to align with delivery forecasts and backlog status
•Production planning based on sales orders requirements and approvals, with follow-up monitoring
•Material readiness and coordination to support on-time production and delivery
•In-process and finished goods (FG) control and promotion to ensure inventory accuracy
•Lead and participate in planning/meetings (weekly master planning, monthly S&OP) and drive improvements in planning processes
