Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and maintain long-term capacity plans based on delivery forecast and backlog status, including resource coordination.
  • •Balance capacity using actual order status and company targets to optimize master planning.
  • •Review and audit sales orders and coordinate changes to ensure deliveries are on time.
  • •Develop and drive production plans from sales order requirements after approval, monitoring execution and resolving abnormal cases.
  • •Lead weekly master planning meetings and participate in monthly S&OP and performance/improvement meetings, focusing on slow-moving and OBS materials.
