  • •Build relationships with institutions, funders, and research centers, with a focus on new business.
  • •Partner with Open Research Sales Support and internal stakeholders to ensure workflow/reporting requirements and customer satisfaction.
  • •Collaborate with Academic Sales and Research Analytics on new agreements, renewals, and proposal writing using publication data and business model analysis.
