Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate as an internal AI consultant and technical lead, helping multiple teams apply ML and generative AI to real-world problems.
  • •Explore complex datasets, design experiments, and build and validate models in collaboration with product, engineering, and security experts.
  • •Lead the research, development, and deployment of models for use cases such as malicious behavior detection, anomaly detection, and fraud analysis.
  • •Establish evaluation pipelines and experiments to improve reliability, accuracy, and business impact.
  • •Bridge research and production by translating insights into scalable APIs, tools, or workflows, and communicating recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of hands-on experience in applied data science, machine learning, AI engineering, or AI research.
  • •Strong Python skills with practical experience using data and AI libraries/platforms such as Databricks and LLM APIs, including scikit-learn.
  • •Ability to build and ship ML or GenAI applications from prototype to usable internal or customer-facing workflows.
  • •Deep familiarity with modern LLM ecosystems, including OpenAI, Anthropic/Claude, Hugging Face, and open-weight models, plus prompt/context/tool-use design.
  • •Proficiency with Git and collaborative software-development practices including testing and code review.
