Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and breakdown servicing of 3-phase UPS systems at customer sites.
  • •Ensure end-to-end RT and TAT responsibility and handle escalations within committed SLAs.
  • •Coordinate with clients, engineers, technicians, vendors, and ASPs to deliver services effectively and assign calls for task completion.
  • •Conduct quality assurance and safety checks, calibrate measuring instruments, and maintain field readiness of toolkits and equipment.
  • •Train FSEs and Sr. FSEs, hold meetings with major/key accounts, provide equipment demonstrations, write reports, and support service revenue growth via AMC and UPS accessory/battery enquiries.

Key Requirements
