Vans: Supervisor - Patrick Henry Mall

Lead day-to-day store operations at Vans by supporting the store leadership team and driving exceptional customer experience. Coach and develop associates, model selling behaviors, and help the team achieve sales goals and KPIs. Partner with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to maximize profitability, maintain visual merchandising and inventory standards, and uphold safety and company policies. Foster an inclusive, high-energy store environment and support community initiatives.
