Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow up on overdue receivables by communicating with customers and escalating unresolved issues as needed.
  • •Perform daily cash application, ensuring accurate allocation of incoming payments and resolving payment discrepancies.
  • •Analyze ageing reports and customer payment patterns to identify unaccounted entries and potential risks/opportunities.
  • •Reconcile accounts receivable balances for month-end close, prepare accurate journal entries, and support financial reporting.
  • •Improve AR processes, maintain compliant documentation and records, and participate in cross-functional training.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or commerce.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • •Good understanding of accounting principles.
  • •Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and MS Excel.
  • •Ability to manage workload, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work shifts including night shift if required.
