Own and validate payroll operations for Germany and the Netherlands, serving as a key expert on payroll, tax, social security, and expatriate-related matters. Partner with external payroll providers, tax advisors, Finance, Legal, Mobility, and international HR colleagues to ensure accurate, on-time, compliant payroll delivery. Support audits, reporting, employee payroll enquiries (via ServiceNow), and contribute to process improvements, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end activities.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare and validate payroll data for Germany and the Netherlands to ensure accurate, timely salary payments.
•Support expatriate payroll activities, including tax and social security-related matters.
•Perform payroll reconciliations and support month-end and year-end payroll processes.
•Serve as a key contact for employee payroll enquiries via ServiceNow and liaise with external providers, tax advisors, and internal stakeholders.
•Support audits, compliance requirements, payroll reporting, and maintain payroll procedures while driving process improvements and automation.
