Key Responsibilities

•Research and evaluate cutting‑edge AI/LLM technologies; design and execute POCs to validate feasibility prior to production integration
•Design and implement AI‑native development workflows, integrating tools such as Copilot, Claude Code, and Codex into daily engineering practices
•Build and maintain AI infrastructure and agents that enable AI‑powered development across teams
•Drive AI adoption through hands‑on enablement, including training, best practices, documentation, and technical guidance
•Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent industry experience
•Proficiency in Python and at least one additional language (Golang, Java, C/C++, or C#)
•Practical experience with AI development tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude Code, Codex or similar)
•Experience in AI agent design, prompt engineering, and multi-agent systems
•Strong expertise in prompt and context engineering to optimize LLM performance
