Executive Director, Managing Attorney

Lead multiple teams of trial attorneys and legal assistants providing Property & Casualty insurance defense for USAA. Drive operational improvements through technology-enabled processes, compliance and risk mitigation, and staffing/budget planning informed by case growth and market data. Partner with Chief Legal Office leadership to deliver effective litigation services, implement best practices, and manage select office operations. May oversee trial and appeal work while mentoring and developing staff.
