Job Summary

Support harvest operations at a CHS facility in Kahlotus, WA during peak season (June–September). Assist with daily operations including unloading/loading trucks, preparing materials, operating automated scale/dump systems, performing maintenance and inventory quality checks, and completing regular housekeeping and grounds upkeep. You’ll work in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment, provide courteous customer service, and help ensure a clean, efficient worksite.

Key Responsibilities

•Carry out general labor responsibilities as directed, including sweeping, shoveling, power washing, scraping, and spill cleanup.
•Prepare trucks for loading/unloading, including sampling, opening hatches, and attaching/detaching flexible hoses.
•Load and unload agricultural inputs from trucks using heavy or light duty machinery/equipment; control and monitor load out functions.
•Conduct and properly record daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks, including lubrication and inspecting for seeps and leaks.
•Maintain quality of inventory, keep work areas clean and safe, and report customer complaints, repair/maintenance needs, or safety concerns to a supervisor.
