Provide timely, efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and handling cash properly. Deliver a high-quality client experience by identifying client needs, educating clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking), and supporting outreach through outbound calls. Serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, and follow internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.
