Key Responsibilities

  • •Enhance Productivity with AI by using machine learning tools to automate repetitive developer tasks and improve code quality and service reliability.
  • •Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines to reduce build times and increase deployment frequency across global teams.
  • •Build and maintain scalable platform services including messaging platforms, observability systems, and workflow automation tools.
  • •Implement monitoring, alerting, and incident management practices; participate in on-call rotations and lead postmortems for P1/P2 incidents.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with domain teams to identify bottlenecks and deliver solutions that measurably improve engineering efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of professional software engineering experience
  • •Extensive understanding of the software development lifecycle with experience building CI/CD pipelines or developer tooling at scale
  • •Proficiency in backend languages such as Python, Java, Go, Kotlin, Rust, or Node.js
  • •Hands-on experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Aliyun) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform)
  • •Solid understanding of messaging systems (e.g., Kafka) and high-performance microservices architecture
