•Provide specialized technical input to studies and design for staff's area of expertise and present complex solutions to clients.
•Approve and sign off on work and perform quality control reviews of work produced by others.
•Provide estimates for engineering budget and schedule to meet project requirements on large projects.
•Participate in development of technical proposals and production support with REVIT/AutoCAD Civil 3D as needed.

•Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering and 8 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
•Professional License (PE)
•10+ years design experience including grading and drainage, water and wastewater plans, hydraulic calculations for drainage/utilities, storm water management reports, project development reports, civil engineering detail plans, and specifications in various formats
•3 years of project management or deputy project management experience including charge of supporting staff engineers and coordinating with clients and authorities having jurisdiction
•Experience with REVIT/AutoCAD including Civil 3D for production support
