Job Summary

Lead subcontracts management across projects for subsea production systems, partnering with project leadership to deliver contractual and financial outcomes aligned to execution and financial plans. Own supplier management from qualification through tendering and contract management, drive negotiation of detailed contractual agreements, and develop contracting approaches to reduce execution risk. Support bids and project teams with risk, scope, and flow-downs, while guiding commercial operations and proposals for global energy transition objectives.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide contract leadership and direction across projects in line with the execution and financial plan, sharing responsibility with project leadership for contractual and financial delivery.
•Manage suppliers end-to-end: qualification, subcontract management process, proposal management, tendering, and contract management.
•Develop and negotiate detailed contractual agreements, including frame agreements, and lead cross-functional teams in contract design and negotiation.
•Develop supplier relationships and oversee third-party services, including process design and day-to-day operations engagements.
•Support bids and project teams with proposal development, risk and scope management, contract flow-downs, and customer communications/negotiations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s in law, business administration, or a relevant legal/contractual/commercial/procurement/energy-related degree.
•Substantial contract management experience in oil and gas, including onshore/offshore services and fabrication.
•Knowledge of oil and gas contract terms and negotiation techniques.
•Proven experience providing commercial support in an international business environment with complex industries and organizations.
•Fluency in English with strong oral and written communication, plus the ability to present complex issues clearly.
