Job Summary

Maintain and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems for rental and customer-owned equipment and aerial lifts. Use the company’s technology and real-time work-order data to diagnose issues, order parts, track service intervals, and complete accurate daily documentation. Work Monday–Friday with potential on-call scheduling, support safe job practices, and assist in training lower-level technicians.

Key Responsibilities

•Practice safe job practices for repairing equipment.
•Create, assign, and monitor work orders; track machine service intervals; diagnose issues and determine root cause and corrective action.
•Perform maintenance and repair on complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems with independent judgment.
•Maintain paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed (work orders) daily and in a complete/timely manner.
•Support pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts, travel to customer job sites when required, and assist training lower-level technicians as needed.

•High school diploma; trade school certificate preferred; valid driver’s license and must be at least 21 to operate a company vehicle.
