Key Requirements

  • •Must have proven experience leading data science or analytics teams in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • •Strong track record of developing and executing experimentation and analytics strategies to inform product decisions.
  • •Experience mentoring data scientists and analytics engineers, and guiding the data strategy across multiple squads.
  • •Ability to work with leaders across product, engineering, design and research to build and iterate on product ideas.
  • •Familiarity with modern analytics tooling and self-serve data platforms (e.g., Looker) and a data-driven culture.
