Develop and manage reward strategies and people analytics frameworks that improve organizational performance and employee engagement. Design compensation structures, grading systems, and incentive plans; lead annual compensation reviews and benchmarking; and oversee benefits strategy across geographies. Build HR dashboards and perform statistical/predictive workforce analysis, partnering with Finance and HRBPs to translate insights into actionable business decisions while ensuring compliance with labor laws and data privacy standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and manage competitive reward frameworks aligned to organizational goals, market benchmarks, and regional regulations.
•Design compensation structures, grading systems, and incentive plans; lead annual compensation reviews, salary benchmarking, and bonus cycle processes.
•Build and strengthen people analytics capability, including HR dashboards and reports for workforce metrics such as headcount, turnover, DEI, performance, and productivity.
•Analyze workforce trends and model scenarios to inform decisions on talent, rewards, and workforce planning; provide insights using statistical and predictive analysis.
•Act as a trusted advisor to business and HR leaders, translating complex compensation concepts into practical recommendations while ensuring compliance with labor laws and data privacy standards.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Economics, Statistics, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
•5–8 years of experience in Reward, HR Analytics, or related areas, ideally with consulting exposure (Big Four or similar).
•Proven experience designing and implementing compensation frameworks and analytics solutions across multi-country Middle Eastern contexts.
•Strong knowledge of market trends, reward regulations, and labor laws within the GCC.
•Proficiency in Excel and analytics tools such as Power BI/Tableau, plus HRIS systems like SAP SuccessFactors or Workday.
