Job Summary

Lead contract execution for advanced emerging technologies, supporting program execution and key pursuits across the Advanced Emerging Technologies business. Provide contractual guidance on rights, obligations, and risk mitigation to senior leadership and program teams. Manage RFP analysis, proposal development, negotiations, and contract administration/closeout, including reviewing Estimates at Completion (EAC) and coordinating customer responses. Develop intellectual property strategies and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Work closely with portfolio directors, program managers, chief engineers, business/estimating, and supply chain to manage successful contract execution.
•Provide guidance to senior management on contractual and business issues, rights and obligations, and risk mitigation.
•Lead analysis of RFPs, proposal development and reviews, contract negotiations, and administration through execution and closeout.
•Review and analyze Estimates at Completion (EAC) to ensure accurate project forecasting.
•Negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms, ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and develop intellectual property and contracting strategies to drive innovation and growth.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years’ experience.
•Experience with one or more of: Contracts Administration/Management, Program Management, Finance, Subcontracts, or Supply Chain.
•Strong experience in risk assessment and negotiations, with the ability to provide contractual and business guidance to program management leadership.
•Contractual acumen with knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS).
•Experience in management of complex contracts, including proposal preparation and/or contract negotiation in a fast-paced competitive environment.
