Key Responsibilities

  • •Build, repair, and test electrical, electro-mechanical, vacuum, and pneumatic assemblies, subassemblies, and components using work orders, schematics, wiring diagrams, and instructions.
  • •Perform electro-mechanical assembly, troubleshooting, and repairs; identify and correct errors.
  • •Follow safety standards, maintain a secure and clean work environment, complete required health and safety training, and report accidents and safety hazards.
  • •Test assemblies and components using test fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, leak detectors, and vacuum pumps; enter data and complete documentation.
  • •Receive parts, conduct audits and inspections for defects, and troubleshoot and improve processes based on findings.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to use routine work orders, schematics, wiring diagrams, and parts/wire lists to build, repair, and/or test assemblies and components.
  • •Skill in electro-mechanical assembly operations, troubleshooting, and repair, including identifying and correcting errors.
  • •Capability to use test fixtures and electronic measurement equipment, leak detectors, and/or vacuum pumps to test components and assemblies.
  • •Experience entering and maintaining work data on a computer terminal (e.g., progress and labor details), and completing documentation.
  • •Experience inspecting parts for defects and performing audits to ensure all necessary parts are available for build, test, and repair.
