Job Summary

Support operational technology (OT) equipment used across operations, ensuring systems follow industry standards, governmental guidelines, and cybersecurity requirements. Provide technical support for OT field controls and instrumentation, repair and maintain OT equipment, and enable OT data acquisition for real-time access, analysis, and enterprise-wide information distribution. Partner with operations, engineering, and OT vendors to drive technology standards, support change management, and deliver IT/OT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide support for OT field controls and instrumentation systems, including HMIs, PLCs, DCS, OPC DA/DCOM, Kepware, Modbus, and Allen Bradley Control Logix.
•Repair and maintain OT equipment and systems used in field operations.
•Ensure OT systems meet technical and cybersecurity standards described by company policies and required by governmental agencies.
•Enable OT data acquisition for continuous real-time access, analysis, and distribution of information across the enterprise.
•Support change management (MOC) and document work items, including determining repeat outages and working with vendors and teams to propose solutions.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or GED and at least five (5) years of experience in Field Operations or Operations Technology Support (RTUs, PLCs, Measurement).
•Experience supporting OT field controls and instrumentation systems.
•Ability to ensure OT systems meet technical and cybersecurity standards and requirements from governmental agencies.
•Solid understanding of networking topologies and fundamentals, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
•Working knowledge of BI, databases, SQL, and reporting tools used for analytics and metrics.
