Job Summary

Partner with Visa’s Cyber Security team to strengthen application access governance using IAM expertise and automation. Build data pipelines and tools to enroll applications, components, and appliances into identity platforms (e.g., SailPoint, Entra ID, ForgeRock), and standardize authentication/authorization models. Apply AI, ML, and GenAI (including LLM-based workflows) to automate control operations, incident response, reporting, and audit interpretation—while collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to meet service-level agreements.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and implement data pipelines and automated tools to onboard applications, components, and appliances into IAM governance and identity management platforms.
•Standardize authentication and authorization models by analyzing application architectures to enable scalable, secure identity management.
•Automate IAM control operations and governance workflows using AI/GenAI techniques, including validating control evidence and optimizing access governance automations.
•Conduct incident handling and RTIMs using AI-driven response and mitigation strategies to reduce organizational risk and downtime.
•Automate KPI/KRI/executive dashboards, interpret audit requests, and support resolution of IAM audit findings while turning requirements into technical solutions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years of relevant work experience.
•Minimum 2+ years of experience in IAM governance, programming/coding, and Gen AI.
•Advanced proficiency in Python and/or Java for automation, including API integration and scripting, with practical Git/version control experience.
•Advanced data-analytics and scripting skills in Excel, Python, PowerShell, and C to build AI-enabled workflow automation and insights.
•Strong understanding of IAM frameworks/policies and application architecture for authentication and authorization, plus experience with IAM platforms (e.g., SailPoint, Okta, Azure AD, CyberArk).
