Job Summary

Own the end-to-end post-sales Value Realization lifecycle by turning ROI commitments from contract go-live into measurable, defensible proof of impact. Build measurement frameworks (KPIs and leading/lagging indicators), run executive value review sessions, and identify value gaps and expansion signals. Collaborate with Account Management, Customer Delivery, Solution Engineering, and Product to feed outcome data into product and solution roadmaps, strengthening renewals and scaling value programs.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the post-sales Value Realization workstream across the customer portfolio, taking pre-sales business cases at contract go-live and measuring committed outcomes throughout the contract term.
•Translate ROI commitments into post-sales measurement frameworks by defining KPIs, leading indicators, and lagging indicators that track impact.
•Lead recurring value review sessions with customer executive stakeholders, co-present performance data with account managers, and narrate business outcomes enabled by League.
•Partner with account teams to identify value gaps, at-risk accounts, and expansion signals based on value attainment data.
•Build and maintain value stories, benchmarks, and proof points, and develop scalable templates and playbooks that let the post-sales organization run value realization programs consistently.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience in management consulting, customer strategy, business value consulting, or strategic account management, ideally in healthcare, health-tech, or enterprise SaaS.
•Ability to operationalize pre-sales ROI commitments into post-sales measurement frameworks, including ROI models, KPI dashboards, and value tracking programs for complex enterprise customers.
•Strong analytical skills working with customer data, utilization metrics, and engagement analytics to create value narratives.
•Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills for C-suite audiences.
•Experience working across large, matrixed organizations and partnering cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.
