Job Summary

Coordinate and implement strategic initiatives to manage heavy equipment and fixed asset operations at terminal locations. Own accountability for equipment and asset costs tied to O&M and Capital, partnering with Regional Asset Managers, Operations, EH&S, Procurement, and terminal leadership. Develop standardized maintenance practices, drive OEM technician training, standardize CMMS usage, review equipment agreements, and set budget and long-range forecasting while reporting performance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate with Regional Asset Managers, Regional General Management, Senior Management, Operations, EH&S, and Procurement to meet the role’s primary purpose.
•Develop, implement, and maintain standardized recommended maintenance practices in conjunction with Regional Asset Managers.
•Initiate OEM technician training programs for Terminal Maintenance personnel.
•Oversee the application, standardization, and use of selected CMMS programs per company standards.
•Manage heavy-equipment planning including reviewing equipment agreements, setting unit expectations and goals, supporting capital/expense budget development, and producing maintenance performance and compliance reports.

Travel: Extensive travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 104,200 - 13,020 annually

Key Requirements

•10 years managing fleet construction equipment, cranes, heavy-duty trucks, or mining equipment with relevant OEM application or product support experience.
•Diploma or Certificate of Completion from an accredited Vocational/Trade School for automotive, truck, diesel engine, or heavy equipment maintenance/repair/MRO required.
•Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
•Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Card).
•Must be able to demonstrate mechanical aptitude and have strong communication, leadership, employee management, organizational, and analytical skills.
