Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with Regional Asset Managers, Regional General Management, Senior Management, Operations, EH&S, and Procurement to meet the role’s primary purpose.
  • •Develop, implement, and maintain standardized recommended maintenance practices in conjunction with Regional Asset Managers.
  • •Initiate OEM technician training programs for Terminal Maintenance personnel.
  • •Oversee the application, standardization, and use of selected CMMS programs per company standards.
  • •Manage heavy-equipment planning including reviewing equipment agreements, setting unit expectations and goals, supporting capital/expense budget development, and producing maintenance performance and compliance reports.

Salary: USD 104,200 - 13,020 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10 years managing fleet construction equipment, cranes, heavy-duty trucks, or mining equipment with relevant OEM application or product support experience.
  • •Diploma or Certificate of Completion from an accredited Vocational/Trade School for automotive, truck, diesel engine, or heavy equipment maintenance/repair/MRO required.
  • •Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
  • •Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Card).
  • •Must be able to demonstrate mechanical aptitude and have strong communication, leadership, employee management, organizational, and analytical skills.
