Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate and care of survey instruments including Total Station, level, and GPS.
  • •Perform property surveys, topographic surveys, construction stakeout and other survey projects for private, government and commercial clients.
  • •Read and understand survey notes, sketches, maps, deeds, as-builts, construction plans and drawings and records.
  • •Use GPS/GNSS, conventional, and laser scanning to perform field survey procedures with accuracy.
  • •Take survey field notes, sketches and records daily and participate in project meetings to communicate with team and clients.
Travel: High travel

Salary: USD 19 - 22 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent with 2 years of land surveying experience or equivalent
  • •Valid US Driver's License with ability to pass Motor Vehicle Records Review
  • •DOT preconstruction survey knowledge or experience is a plus
  • •Experience with Federal and government clients is a plus
  • •Ability to travel up to 50% with occasional overnight travel
