Job Summary

Oversee warehouse operations across receiving, shipping, storage/distribution, and logistics at the Aurora site. Lead and coach associates, leads, and supervisors to drive productivity, conduct internal audits, and coordinate with production and other plant managers to improve reliability and control costs. Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, SQF, PPE/hygiene policies, manage training programs, and drive continuous improvement through preventive/corrective actions and management reviews.

•Oversee strategic warehouse operations for receiving, shipping, storage/distribution, and logistics.
•Direct activities and provide coaching to associates, leads, and supervisors to ensure maximum productivity.
•Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, and SQF policies/procedures, including PPE/hygiene requirements.
•Perform internal audits and address nonconformities from internal and external audits.
•Design and implement warehousing training programs, coordinate with procurement and production to improve reliability and minimize costs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 77,175 - 89,250 annually

Key Requirements

•Associate’s degree or related management work experience.
•At least 5 years of work experience in warehouse management, with a track record as a manager.
•Demonstrated ability to ensure customer satisfaction in technology-driven, developing companies.
•Computer literacy to input information into the computer.
•Ability to take direction and relay information to employees.
