Key Responsibilities

  • •Download and analyze ACE reporting for discrepancies and updates
  • •Manage and refresh internal files associated with ongoing projects
  • •Update shared files to ensure brokers have most current information
  • •Monitor internal files for compliance
  • •Explain and maintain documentation from origin office to ensure compliance (TSCA, Lacey Act, etc.)

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 2 or 3 years of experience, including hands-on internship, Customs Compliance, Data Analysis, Brokerage, Entry Writing
  • •Certifications in Customs, Supply Chain, Dangerous goods preferred
  • •Advanced analytical capabilities with precise, detail-oriented work
  • •Excel knowledge (V-lookups, Pivot tables is a must)
  • •Knowledge of TSCA, Lacey Act, and other compliance items and incoterms
