Senior Technical Proposal Manager (QA)

Lead the development and submission of high-quality technical proposals for projects, contracts, and tenders. Analyze requirements, coordinate with technical, sales, and management teams to gather inputs, and ensure proposal compliance with client specifications. Own proposal timelines and estimation for accurate cost and resource planning, guide proposal team members, and build templates/tools to streamline delivery. Serve as primary client contact for clarifications and run post-submission debriefs to improve future bids.
