Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the technical pre-sales relationship with prospects and customers, collaborating with Account Executives to demonstrate algolia solutions and assess fit.
  • •Understand customer goals and articulate how Algolia’s solution addresses those needs.
  • •Assist in the sales process including technical discovery, demos, PoC, and RFP responses.
  • •Leverage Algolia ecosystem tools, frameworks, and partners to validate technical and functional fit.
  • •Advocate for customer interests and provide product feedback to Product and Engineering teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 149,500 - 193,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years in a customer-facing technical role (SE, SA, consultant, PM), ideally in the SaaS space
  • •Front End: JavaScript, TypeScript, React
  • •Back End: Java, Ruby, Go, Node, Python, Swift/Objective-C
  • •Experience with data formats and data transformation
  • •Great oral and written communication skills
