Job Summary

Own the full end-to-end sales process for BytePlus’s innovation technology solutions across the MEA region. Build a sustainable pipeline, expand the customer base (driving new logo adoption), and execute go-to-market strategy to drive revenue growth through sales closure. Maintain key customer relationships, lead demand generation monitoring, handle accurate reporting and forecasting, and ensure smooth onboarding to drive adoption, satisfaction, and referrals.

Key Responsibilities

•Establish and sustain a pipeline for BytePlus’s innovation technology solution suite and expand business across the MEA region.
•Maintain key customer relationships and implement strategies to expand the customer base, driving new logo adoption across MEA countries.
•Execute go-to-market strategy and drive revenue growth through sales closure activities, leading demand generation and owning the end-to-end sales process and customer journey.
•Provide accurate reporting on sales/business activities and forecasting.
•Ensure smooth customer onboarding and drive customer adoption and usage to achieve satisfaction and referrals.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree.
•At least 5 years of B2B sales experience.
•Strong problem-solving, resilience, and ability to develop/enter early and new markets with strong client relationship management.
•Sound communication and organization skills; ability to influence key stakeholders on complex business and technology topics.
•Proficient English communication.
