Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out reactive, proactive, and planned repairs to the required standard within SLA deadlines.
  • •Maintain health and safety for yourself and all users of the property during and after works.
  • •Manage your own workflow and work within a team when necessary.
  • •Purchase and manage materials using a company account card from approved Serco suppliers.
  • •Undertake out-of-hours on-call duties on a rota basis to provide 24/7 emergency cover (once every 8–10 weeks).

Key Requirements
