Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain quality control and assurance programs, ensuring standardized checkouts, testing, compliance, and QA/QC SOP authoring.
  • •Own risk and continuous improvement activities, including maintaining a program Risk Register with PMO and identifying new opportunities.
  • •Oversee operational status and program timelines, monitor performance against cost/schedule/contract objectives, and support operational oversight for the program manager.
  • •Collect and report weekly alarm data using Nlyte, investigate alarm spikes, issue notifications, and produce trend analysis for leadership.
  • •Serve as PUI for account requests; review/edit SOPs and process documents; prepare quarterly PMR materials, meeting minutes, and track action items.

Key Requirements
