Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead individual design projects from initial research and concept development through CAD and prototype stages.
  • •Partner to create and develop new collections within the Modern Classics & Diamonds category, translating briefs into sketches, designs, and presentations.
  • •Collaborate with Design Operations & Development to ensure successful prototype execution and provide feedback on CADs and early prototypes.
  • •Conduct and translate research into strong creative concepts and future category directions, delivered on agreed timelines.
  • •Support and mentor junior designers, while maintaining accurate design documentation and project records.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience designing jewellery within a fashion, luxury, or jewellery brand.
  • •Strong creative portfolio showing concept development, mood boards, sketches, and finished products.
  • •Proven experience leading design projects from concept to prototype.
  • •Advanced knowledge of jewellery design and manufacturing processes.
  • •Experience working with CAD development and cross-functional product development teams.
