Job Summary

Lead the ramp of TI’s latest 28nm technology to yield entitlement in a 300mm analog and embedded wafer fab in Lehi. Drive ownership of parametric performance and yield improvement, lead the yield ramp team and integration projects, and solve 28nm process issues in a time-constrained 24x7 environment. Partner with factory leadership to define strategic roadmaps and present progress to senior TI leadership while coaching teams across levels.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver on an aggressive 28nm yield ramp schedule and own parametric performance and yield improvement.
•Lead the yield ramp team and integration projects to support increased yield and product performance in a time-constrained environment.
•Drive execution to enable yield entitlement and lead factory solutions to 28nm technology issues.
•Manage technology transfer and development activities to ensure commitments are met, coaching team members across integration, project execution, and continuous improvement.
•Partner with factory leadership to define and execute strategic roadmaps and communicate technology/project status to senior management.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Chemistry, or semiconductor solid state physics/applied physics/quantum mechanics.
•5+ years working in a high-volume semiconductor factory with expertise in semiconductor devices and transitioning new technology to yield entitlement on schedule.
•Experience leading technology to yield entitlement and/or leading technology transfer in a high-volume semiconductor factory.
•5+ years of leadership experience.
•Practical understanding of 28nm process integration and experience with 28nm and below process technology nodes.
