Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the Richmond Products Terminal and associated stations/pipelines, including daily operational activities, performance management, budgeting, and compliance/regulatory matters.
  • •Supervise and evaluate operators, technicians, lead operator, and administrative personnel; direct priorities, resolve grievances, and apply progressive discipline as needed.
  • •Coordinate pipeline and shipping/customer activities to maintain efficient delivery and resolve issues related to scheduling, overages/shortages, and quality control.
  • •Oversee planning and execution of capital projects, including emergency response/upsets and readiness to work nights/weekends as required.
  • •Ensure proper hazardous waste storage, labeling, documentation, and conduct weekly inspections of hazardous waste storage areas.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 135,000 - 205,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of well-rounded pipeline operations experience, including products movement, mechanical maintenance, personnel management, and legal/environmental requirements for terminal/station activities.
  • •High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a technical or business field helpful; bachelor’s degree preferred in Engineering or Business Management.
  • •Current, valid State driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record for use of a company vehicle.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, and Outlook, plus strong mathematics and ability to read mechanical/electrical/civil drawings.
  • •Ability to supervise a diverse workforce and lead safety-first culture; strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and ability to manage competing priorities; must live within 1 hour/50 miles of the facility.
