Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and enforce the site-specific Safety Plan in accordance with OSHA, EM 385-1-1, and Army regulations.
  • •Conduct regular site inspections and job hazard analyses related to material handling, equipment movement, and personnel operations.
  • •Ensure safety orientations/training and verify PPE usage, forklift/equipment operation, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and incident reporting.
  • •Lead investigations of accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions; report findings and corrective actions to the Project Manager and COR and maintain incident logs.
  • •Perform safety audits, track safety KPIs, prepare reports for leadership/government oversight, and support government inspections and safety inquiries.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 60,155 - 102,552

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of safety experience on government, military, or industrial logistics sites.
  • •Working knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1910, EM 385-1-1, DA PAM 385-10, and Army site safety practices.
  • •OSHA 30-Hour certification (General Industry or Construction); CSP/CHST or similar preferred.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC) and receive a favorable background check and drug testing results.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and strong communication, documentation, and conflict-resolution skills.
