Key Responsibilities

•Achieve performance expectations and contribute to the Retail business aligned to IWPB strategy.
•Support and engage in roadshows/events and approach prospect leads to deliver sales results.
•Plan, execute, and optimize sales activities in alignment with business priorities through collaboration with managers/team leaders.
•Champion a culture that supports the HSBC branded customer experience and provide quality after-sales engagement.
•Ensure training completion, adhere to regulations/standards, and maintain awareness of operational risk and reporting requirements.

Key Requirements

•Minimum Diploma (any field) or equivalent sales experience.
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage customers effectively.
•Proven ability to work under pressure and meet sales KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
•High self-discipline and accountability, with willingness to learn and avoid repeated errors.
•Demonstrated experience acquiring affluent customers with strong product knowledge in Cards and Loan/Borrowing products.
