HR Coordinator

Coordinate HR administrative support for the Thermo King Americas HR team and plant leadership in York. Maintain HRIS records, manage candidate tracking through recruitment workflows, and assist with new-hire onboarding and employee file preparation. Support compliance processes including I-9 verification and documentation. Process weekly payroll and benefits actions, help with audits and performance review preparation, and generate monthly HR metrics while handling employee questions and clerical tasks.
