Job Summary

Drive adoption, value realization, retention, and growth for post go-live customers by leading enablement and conducting product trainings. Partner with Solutions Architects to guide customers through project management and technical requirements. Provide proactive recommendations, document ROI, and proactively manage churn risk and account expansion opportunities. Serve as the internal voice of the customer by escalating issues and sharing feedback from key account metrics.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive and nurture post go-live customers to increase adoption and value realization for success, retention, and growth.
•Lead user enablement through product trainings.
•Work with Solutions Architects to guide customers through project management and technical requirements of their Algolia implementation.
•Provide proactive recommendations to optimise platform use and maximise adoption of product features.
•Identify churn risk, resolve account issues using cross-functional resources, and document ROI and feedback internally.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 80,000 - 111,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Fluency in English, French and German.
•2 - 3 years relevant work experience in customer success, account management, digital consultancy or project management, preferably in a SaaS business.
•Experience working with a portfolio of accounts, supporting a highly technical product.
•Demonstrated ability to establish relationships, credibility, present, and communicate effectively at all levels of an organisation.
•Ability to set priorities and drive decisions to closure on recommendations and issues.
