Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete a 2-year rotational programme with two rotations across different Operations teams.
  • •Develop a deep understanding of end-to-end manufacturing processes and technologies in on-site manufacturing environments.
  • •Work cross-functionally to build knowledge of manufacturing performance, process capabilities, products, and customers.
  • •Contribute to continuous improvement activities such as waste reduction and throughput optimisation.
  • •Develop leadership skills through mentoring, leadership learning modules, and senior leader exposure.

Key Requirements

  • •Be a graduate or soon-to-be graduate and on track for a 2:1 degree or equivalent in Food Science, Food Technology, Engineering, Business & Management, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
  • •Be ambitious and open-minded, ready to learn through hands-on, lab-based work and real customer innovation projects.
  • •Be fluent in English and ideally another language.
  • •Be excited by science and technology, and keen to use data, digital tools and AI thoughtfully to improve product development, testing, and scaling.
  • •Be eligible to work permanently in Europe and open to travel and relocation as part of the programme.
